Petronilla is a triangle shawl worked from the top down.

The Clou – you do not need a cable needle for the cute little cables.

Material

The shawl requires approx. 300 gr (738 yds / 675 m) of DK weight yarn

The sample shown used 3 skeins of Merino DK by Wollen Yarn (DK weight, 100% wool, Merino, 246 yds / 225 m per 100 gr)

One US 6 / 4 mm circular needle (or size to obtain gauge), 32 “/ 60 cm or longer, 2 stitch markers , tapestry needle

Gauge

16 sts x 30 rows = 4 x 4 “/ 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch (after blocking)

Finished size after blocking (wingspan x depth)

76 ” / 190 cm x 26 ” / 65 cm

Pattern is fully written out - no charts included.
