New Pattern Release : Via Mala Shawl

Yeah - finally - it's here - it's on ravelry now :

My brand new pattern


Viamala is a triangle shawl worked from tip to edge.
The shawl consists of a sea of twisted stitches with diamond shaped lace motifs.
Increases are worked on one side every other row.

Material
The shawl requires approx. 300 gr (696 yds / 636 m) of DK Weight Yarn
The sample shown used nearly 3 skeins of Cassiopeia by Das Mondschaf (100% 60% Wool Merino, 20% Silk, 20% Yak, 232 yds / 212 m per 100 gr). Colorway: The Ring
One US 6 / 4 mm circular needle (or size to obtain gauge), 32 “/ 80 cm or longer,
Stitch markers (optional, to keep track of the pattern repeats)
Tapestry needle


Gauge
14 sts x 22 rows = 4 x 4 “/ 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch (after blocking)


Finished size after blocking (wingspan x depth)
72 ” / 180 cm x 30 ” / 75 cm

New pattern release : Gioconda

And another new pattern just hit ravelry




Gioconda is a light weight and elongated triangle shawl.
The garter shawl body is easy to knit whereas the 
lace border keeps you entertained and adds a nice touch.
The shawl is reversible as you knit the lace pattern on Right and Wrong Side Rows.


Materials
The shawl requires approx. 200 gr ( 1006 yds / 920 m) of Light Fingering weight yarn
The sample shown used 2 skeins La Parisienne by Nature’s Luxury (Light Fingering, 100% Merino, 460 m / 503 yds 100 gr), colorway: Alcazar
One US 3/ 3.25 mm circular needle (or size to obtain gauge), 32 inch / 80 cm, stitch marker, tapestry needle

24 sts x 37 rows = 4 x 4 in / 10 x 10 cm in Stockinette Stitch (after blocking)

New pattern release : Katina

Oh my, it seems I overlooked to show you my new pattern


 




The Katina shawl has the shape of a half circle.
The two color slip stitch pattern is called “hanging fruits” and you only work with one color per row.
Plus there is not a single purl stitch to work!



Material
The shawl requires approx. 350 gr (1414 yds / 1295 m) of Sport Weight Yarn;
808 yds / 740 m of the Main Color and
606 yds / 555 m of the Contrast Color
The sample shown used 7 skeins of Ulysse by De Rerum Natura (Sport, 100% Merino Wool, 202 yds / 185 m per 50 gr);
4 skeins in colorway Granit (MC) and
3 skeins in colorway Potimarron (CC)
One US 5 / 3.75 mm circular needle (or size to obtain gauge), 40 “/ 100 cm or longer to accommodate the large number of stitches, tapestry needle

New pattern release : Sonjy Light

Hiya lovely knitters and followers,

I just released my newest shawl pattern on ravelry







It's a lighter version of my Sonjy shawl pattern which used super bulky yarn.



Sonjy light is a triangle shawl that is worked from the right tip to the left side.
Increases are added every other row on the neck edge.
A little bit of texture (twisted stitches) and a nice lace pattern are framed by a garter stitch border.



Materials
The shawl requires approx. 300 gr (984 yds /900 m) of Sport Weight Yarn
The sample shown used 3 skeins of On Stage by Nature’s Luxury (Sport, 50% Merino, 30% Silk, 20% Camel 328 yds / 300 m per 100 gr), colorway: September
One US6 / 4 mm circular needle (or size to obtain gauge), 32 “/ 60 cm or longer, stitch markers, tapestry needle

New pattern release: Nenne

My new shawl pattern Nenne is now available through ravelry 



Nenne is a regular triangle shawl worked top down.
You can follow the pattern row by row for a four color version or you go your own path with as many colors and pattern repeats as you want.
There are endless color combos for your Nenne shawl.


Material
The shawl requires approx. 300 gr (654 yds / 600 m) of Worsted or Aran Weight Yarn.
(Each 100 gr in 2 colorways and each 50 gr in another 2 colorways = 4 colors)
The sample shown used 6 skeins of Léttlopi by Ístex (Aran, 100% Icelandic Wool, 109 yds / 100 m per 50 gr).
