Sonjy is a triangle shawl that is worked from the right tip to the left side.
Increases are added every other row on the neck edge.
A little bit of texture and a nice lace stitch pattern are framed by a garter stitch border.
Materials
The shawl requires approx. 400 gr (440 yds /400 m) of Bulky or Super Bulky Yarn
The sample shown used 7.5 skeins of Eskimo by Garnstudio Drops (Super Bulky, 100% Wool, 55 yds / 50 m per 50 gr), colorway: 6 Olive.
One US 11 / 8 mm circular needle (or size to obtain gauge), 32 “/ 60 cm or longer, stitch markers, tapestry needle

11.5 sts x 16 rows = 4 x 4 “/ 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch (after blocking)
Finished size after blocking (wingspan x depth)
