Fanxia is an asymetrical triangle shawl to wrap you up whenever you feel cold.
You can easily knit your Fanxia shawl bigger or smaller by adding/omitting pattern repeats.
This makes the shawl suitable for all yarn weights.
Materials
The shawl requires approx. 500 gr (545 yds / 500 m) of Bulky Yarn
The sample shown used 5 skeins of Alpacas Bliss by Nature’s Luxury (Bulky, 100% Alpaca, 109 yds / 100 m per 100 gr), colorway: Babar.
One US 10 / 6 mm circular needle (or size to obtain gauge), 32 “ / 60 cm or longer, tapestry needle
Gauge
13.5 sts x 20 rows = 4 x 4 “/ 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch (after blocking)
Finished size after blocking (wingspan x depth)
