New pattern release : Loya

My new shawl pattern was just released through ravelry

Loya is a triangle shawl worked bottom up.
You start at the bottom and work up to the neck edge.
From there you finish both “wings” separately”.

It’s a great pattern for handspun and handspun-like yarns.

You can get the yarn at Wollen Yarn / Das Garn gibt es bei Wollen Yarn

Material
The shawl requires approx. 350 gr (720 yds / 659 m) of Aran or Bulky Weight Yarn.
Main color is the handspun yarn with an amount of 200 gr (453, yds / 398 m) and Contrast color CC is a matching uni coloured yarn with an amount of 150 gr (285 yds / 261 m)
  • One US 8 / 5 mm circular needle (or size to obtain gauge), 32 “/ 80 cm or longer
  • stitch marker
  • tapestry needle
  • kitchen scale

The sample shown used

    Susan
